The Concierge Laundry Lead is a resident-facing position responsible for operating the on-site "Concierge Laundry Service" at properties where individual units lack washer and dryer connections. This role acts as a critical service ambassador, managing the full lifecycle of resident laundry—from intake and washing to drying and organized storage—ensuring a premium amenity experience that addresses occupancy gaps in non-W/D units. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with prior experience in high-volume laundry operations and a commitment to meeting strict service timelines.

Working Conditions
The Laundry Concierge position requires frequent physical activity, including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting laundry bags (up to 35–50 pounds).
