Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and service-oriented Healthcare Concierge to join our senior living community. This role serves as a welcoming presence for residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a supportive, respectful, and engaging environment. The Healthcare Concierge plays a key role in enhancing the overall resident experience by assisting with daily needs, coordinating services, and fostering meaningful connections.

• Warmly greet residents, families, and visitors, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
• Provide guidance and information about community amenities, healthcare services, and activities
• Support residents with non-clinical needs while promoting independence and dignity
• Act as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare or administrative staff
• Help coordinate events and activities within the community
• Respond to resident inquiries or concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism
• Maintain confidentiality and respect residents’ privacy at all times
• Assist with front desk duties including answering phones and managing visitor check-ins

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, senior care, hospitality, or healthcare preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for working with older adults
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
• Basic computer skills; Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Preferred Skills

• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care settings
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to build trust and meaningful relationships with residents and families
