Gencare Lifestyle @ The Village at Granite Falls is a Premier IL/AL Senior Living Community in beautiful Granite Falls. We are seeking to add an amazing, caring PT/On call Concierge to our team.

Serves as the primary front desk representative by providing professional, courteous, and exceptional customer service to residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, greet visitors, respond to inquiries, and assist with day-to-day front desk operations in a timely and efficient manner.

Support the Business Office Director by coordinating communication and administrative tasks between departments to help ensure residents' needs are met promptly, accurately, and efficiently. Foster positive relationships with residents and their families while maintaining a welcoming, organized, and service-oriented environment.

Requirements

Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum fulfillment with criminal background checks every two years and thereafter.

· Food Handlers permit

· 2 Step TB testing

· CPR/First Aid card

Successful completion of recognized resident care training courses that encompass the knowledge and skills necessary to provide quality resident care.
