What this opportunity involves:

As a Concierge at JLL, you'll be at the heart of creating exceptional environments where people thrive. This role is all about delivering an outstanding occupant experience across our client portfolio with a human-centric, engagement-focused approach. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for all employees and visitors, championing a culture of care, responsiveness, and genuine hospitality. Working closely with our client, vendor partners, and internal teams, you'll help implement consistent service delivery that adheres to established standards while looking for opportunities to elevate the workplace experience. This position requires someone who's passionate about people, detail-oriented in operations, and excited about bringing workplace communities together through meaningful engagement and events.


An overview of the role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, employees, and key stakeholders, managing reception duties including greeting visitors, providing access passes, and supporting mailroom functions
  • Build authentic relationships with employees and stakeholders to foster a positive workplace community through timely, caring soft services and proactive engagement
  • Assist in implementing client engagement strategies, internal communication initiatives, and monthly events that strengthen culture and enhance the workplace experience
  • Conduct engaging site tours that highlight workplace spaces and activations while providing outstanding customer service aligned with client expectations
  • Ensure consistent delivery of all operational requirements, address user inquiries and concerns with professionalism, and maintain compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Risk Management policies


Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:

  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field with demonstrated success in client-facing roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational and administration skills with keen attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced working environment with a customer service orientation and proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Self-motivated team player who demonstrates reliability, takes initiative, and builds collaborative relationships effectively
  • Background in communication initiatives and/or front-of-house operations in corporate settings
  • Strong presentation skills with confidence conducting tours and speaking to groups of various sizes
  • Experience working with multiple service providers, vendors, or stakeholder groups in a coordinated service delivery model
  • Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment compliance in workplace settings
