Job Description

Associa Canyon Gate has a Concierge opportunity onsite at one of their clients. Concierge serve as a customer service employee who is the point person for the home owner's association. Concierge staff are available to homeowners, vendors and guests providing information and other services such as receiving packages, monitoring property access and greeting visitors.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Welcomes homeowners, vendors and guests to property.
  • Performs various administrative/managerial tasks in support of facility's mission.
  • Creates a positive experience for guests by attending to needs and answering questions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma High School Diploma or GED Required
  • 0 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience

Working Conditions

  • Non-Typical office environment (frequent standing, walking, talking, etc.), both inside activities and outside activities.
  • Overtime required (on-call, weekends, 24hr emergency, etc.)
