Responsibilities:

• Welcome residents, visitors, and guests with a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor
• serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and ensure a positive community experience
• Provide information about the community, services, amenities, and programs to prospective residents and families
• Distribute brochures, informational packets, and other marketing materials
• Answer incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette and direct inquiries appropriately
• Schedule and coordinate tours for prospective residents and families
• Maintain visitor sign-in procedures and ensure security protocols are followed
• Perform clerical and administrative duties including filing, data entry, and general office support 
• Support community events and resident engagement activities as needed

Shift

• Must have open availability 3 days per week Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Qualifications

• Previous concierge, receptionist, hospitality, customer service, or senior living experience preferred
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with phones, computers, and basic office software
