Salary Range $18 - $19 hourly plus commission

Key Role Responsibilities

Are you someone who loves hosting events, bringing people together, and creating memorable experiences? Our 55+ active adult community is looking for a creative, energetic, and organized Concierge / Social Coordinator to lead a vibrant calendar of activities, experiences, and community engagement.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a lively, social environment and enjoys building connections, promoting wellness, and showcasing what modern active adult living looks like.

Lifestyle & Experience Coordination

• Plan and host a full range of resident events, activities, fitness classes, clubs, workshops, and outings
• Create an environment that is fun, social, active, and community‑driven
• Bring fresh ideas that keep residents engaged and excited

Marketing & Social Engagement

• Create and post engaging content on social media that highlights the community lifestyle
• Capture photos/videos of events and everyday moments
• Use Canva (or similar platforms) to create newsletters, flyers, and event promotional materials

Resident Experience & Community Support

• Serve as a friendly, helpful, and approachable resource for residents
• Support day‑to‑day clubhouse operations and help maintain inviting common areas
• Build strong relationships with residents, visitors, and community partners

Leasing & Office Assistance

• Support the leasing team by conducting tours when needed
• Answer phones, assist with resident requests, and enter work orders
• Communicate effectively with the onsite team and leadership to stay ahead of resident needs

Who You Are

• A natural host who enjoys bringing people together
• Energetic, social, and customer‑service focused
• Comfortable with social media, content creation, and basic design tools
• Well‑organized, proactive, and able to multitask
• Creative, with an eye for details and branding
• Able to learn new software quickly
• Experienced in events, hospitality, sales, customer service, or property management (preferred)
• Professional and composed when handling concerns or feedback

Our Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with social platforms and Canva (or similar programs)
• Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends for special events
• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
