A fantastic opportunity for a Concierge to join our team at Kimpton Charlotte Square!

You will earn £12.96 per hour – equal to £26,965.80 salary, plus service charge

Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel brings together traditional Edinburgh architecture with an exciting and fresh indoor feel, offering our guests a modern luxurious stay. As a Concierge, your main duties and responsibilities will be being the first point of contact for our guests and ensuring a uniquely personal experience for every guest. You will be providing recommendations within the city for dining, drinking and adventuring! You will deal with queries and guest requests – ensuring all our guests leave with a smile on their face.

To succeed as a Concierge, you will need:

• Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel is beneficial

• Knowledge of the local area and excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Passion for interacting with guests, this is a hugely hands on role that requires great personal skills and attention to detail – if you are a current member of Les Clefs D’Or or working towards becoming a member, this would be a great plus!

• Experience working with Opera

• A full-UK drivers license would be desired

• Drive to produce results, we work together within the Kimpton family to continue to provide our guests with extremely personal experiences and human connection.

• A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.

• Overall, you will be willing to work within our team to embrace our service and delight our guests!
