You will earn £12.96 per hour – equal to £26,965.80 salary, plus service charge

As a Concierge, your main duties and responsibilities will be being the first point of contact for our guests and ensuring a uniquely personal experience for every guest. You will be providing recommendations within the city for dining, drinking and adventuring! You will deal with queries and guest requests – ensuring all our guests leave with a smile on their face.
To succeed as a Concierge, you will need:
Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel is beneficial
Knowledge of the local area and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Passion for interacting with guests, this is a hugely hands on role that requires great personal skills and attention to detail – if you are a current member of Les Clefs D’Or or working towards becoming a member, this would be a great plus!
Experience working with Opera
A full-UK drivers license would be desired
