We are looking for a team member to join our team! You will be helping to create exceptional experiences for our customers during their dining experience with us by taking and serving food and drink orders and resolving customer issues. You are passionate about food and dining and share that passion by going above and beyond for customers. A natural people person with an eye for the details, you are looking to join a hard-working and efficient team that cares about great food and customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages
• Make snowball and popcorn
• Maintain a working knowledge of food and drink menu items
• Clean dishes and all surface areas
• Communicate customer orders to backline
• Prep food on backline for cashiers to give to customers
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Great job for high school and college students

Compensation: $8.50 - $10.00 per hour

Brothers Steven and Patrick O'Bryan grew up together in Louisiana. They always had a love for food, especially authentic Cajun cuisine! They enjoy spending time with family and friends as well, which led them to open up their first restaurant, Bon Temps!

Bon Temps Grill has allowed Steven and Patrick to combine all of their favorite things: delicious food and great times with friends and family! Bon Temps Grill is known as the neighborhood grill where friends and family can go for a good time!
