Lead the game-day experience from behind the scenes! As a Concessions Manager, you will drive operational excellence across all concession areas, ensuring efficient service, high-quality food and beverage execution, and an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee team performance, manage inventory and financials, and ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in food & beverage or concessions management
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Knowledge of inventory management and cost controls
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations (ServSafe certification preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily concessions operations during events
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and team supervision
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product ordering
• Analyze sales and operational data to drive performance
• Resolve guest issues and escalate when necessary
• Implement Levy standards of service across all concession areas
