The Concessions Attendant plays a key role in creating a fun and welcoming experience for every guest. This position is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages—both alcoholic and non-alcoholic—while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest service. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly, energetic attitude.
  • Operate the POS system, handle cash and credit transactions, and follow all money-handling policies.
  • Follow all sanitation and food safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Support parties and special events by serving and assisting guests in the party room
  • Plate food orders in accordance with company presentation standards.
  • Pour beer and alcoholic beverages, as well as serve non-alcoholic drinks, following FEG standards and all applicable safety regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 21 years old
  • Previous bartender or food & beverage experience preferred
  • Ability to handle money, operate a POS system, and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods (up to 5 hours) and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to obtain a Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Food Handler Safety Training Card, an Alcohol Awareness (TAM) Card, and a Non-Gaming Sheriff’s Work Card.
