Salary Range: $16.00 Hourly

Responsibilities
- This is a tipped position/participates in tip pool
- Interacts with guests, providing excellent customer service
- Take payments using a POS (Point of Sale) system, and provides appropriate change on cash transactions
- Prepares orders in a safe and efficient manner
- Delivers orders to guests
- Ensures that all supplies are well-stocked including the beginning and end of day
- Maintains a well-groomed, neat appearance
- Communicates with supervisors and managers regularly to maintain up-to-date information regarding park operations
- Attends all necessary F&B training classes
- Other duties as assigned
- Positive Attitude
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

QualificationsWhat You Need
- Previous food service or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Must be willing to attend Serv-Safe to obtain certification.
- Must be willing to attend TABC class to obtain certification.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.; can push, pull, grasp, lift, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, crouch, crawl and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to safely lift, carry, and move materials independently and with team assistance when necessary.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching overhead.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, including on uneven surfaces and stairs.
- Ability to safely handle heavy, bulky, or awkward items using proper lifting techniques and assistance as needed.
- Capable of working in a physically demanding environment with frequent movement and manual labor activities.
