
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. This position was developed to operate a concessions stand, providing a family friendly atmosphere. The position will extend the Y’s mission by creating a positive atmosphere where everyone is respected and welcomed and builds relationships with team members and members alike.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
General Operations

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
WORK SCHEDULE:Work schedules may vary per the Y’s hours of operation. Most Y’s are open 7 days a week:Mon. – Fri. 5:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.Sat. 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.Sun. 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Overtime, evenings, and weekend work will be required depending on the business need.
