Job Description

TBK Bank Sports Complex and Iron Tee Golf’s new Field House are seeking enthusiastic concession staff who will be responsible for serving customers at the concession stands. This includes operating and maintaining equipment, preparing, and serving food and beverages (including adult beverages), operating cash registers, restocking, and cleaning.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced concession stand.
• Take orders, accept payment, and fulfill orders.
• Perform cash and credit card transactions.
• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Restock items as necessary.
• Maintain and clean the concession area.
• Operate and maintain food and beverage equipment.
• Basic food preparation.
• Ability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.
• Be a friendly, outgoing representative of our organization.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must always thrive in a collaborative teamwork environment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to follow through with all tasks
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to work unusual hours including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance
