Deine Aufgaben

  • Als ervaren sales advisor ligt je belangrijkste focus op de winkelvloer, waar je uitstekend sales advies geeft aan onze klanten en je een voorbeeld bent voor je team.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je shops en draagt bij aan een goede samenwerking binnen je teams.
  • Je geeft leiding aan 3 Marc O'Polo Shop-in-shops in De Bijenkorf in verschillende steden (Rotterdam, Den Haag en Eindhoven).
  • Je communiceert helder, geeft het goede voorbeeld en weet anderen te enthousiasmeren me je positiviteit.
  • Je staat in voor coaching van je team, het inwerken van nieuwe medewerkers, salarisadministratie, en planning van de uurroosters en de werkverdeling,
  • Je geeft de Concession Manager waardevolle feedback over de verkoopresultaten, collectie en voorraadsituatie.
  • Je wordt de ambassadeur voor een premium lifestyle merk met veel aandacht voor duurzame thema’s.

  • Communicatie is jouw sterke kant en met jouw passie voor mode kun je anderen inspireren en overtuigen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands, kennis van Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent een voorbeeld voor je team – je kijkt niet toe maar pakt zelf aan.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, service georiënteerd en hebt talent voor visual merchandising.
  • Je hebt ervaring in de retail- en/of modesector.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider.
  • Je bent flexibel, bent bereid met regelmaat in het weekend te werken
  • Je pendelt tussen de verschillende steden
