The primary role of a concession worker is to assist guests with the ordering and payment process. They facilitate money transactions (cash/credit/debit).
Cashiers are tasked with counting the cash register drawer contents at the end of each shift and maintaining withdrawals, records, and receipts. They are also responsible for checking supplies and materials and reporting when stock is low
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain the quality of each item while ensuring a speedy output
• Function as part of a team, with a focus on communication
• Ensure company food and plating specifications are met, while executing appropriate food handling protocols
• Uphold cleanliness of workstation
• Ability to focus on the satisfaction of clients
• Support in all areas of the concession on every station
• Assisting with stocking, cleaning and organizing.
• Ability to lift heavy items, walk, stand, and work with other team members to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible for checking supplies and materials and reporting when stock is low
• Strong customer service skills and a high level of energy
• Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately

Key Requirements
• Previous experience in a full-service concession considered to be an asset
• Keeping the register area neat and stocked with essential supplies
• Counting money in cash drawers at the beginning of a shift
• Being detail-oriented with basic mathematical skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Energetic and positive
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Possess basic food handling and preparation knowledge
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Time management and excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain helpful throughout the work shift and develop a courteous approach to resolving complaints
