Our teams' understanding of the Risk Management Frame (RMF) process is unparalleled from a SDVOSB perspective and our Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) are some of the best in the industry. We have excellent CPARs ratings and a strong past performance record. At DHS CS&C we strengthened their security posture and supported the Information System Security Manager (ISSM). Our team created a security newsletter that is still distributed each month and conducted security training for incoming federal employees that is still in effect today. While at DHS NPPD we helped bring their FISMA scores from an F to an A+. In 2007, and 2011, our ISSOs were named DHS ISSO of the year and two of our ISSOs were nominated for the award in 2014. Currently, our ISSOs at DHS S&T have taken the FISMA scores from “worst to first”. Our dedicated team members significantly reduced the POA&Ms at USPTO allowing them to progress their program at a much faster rate.
