IT & Automation, Drug Substance Manufacturing, Global Manufacturing & Supply
Kalundborg, Denmark. Your main base is close to the manufacturing sites. Travel to partner locations in the Copenhagen area may occur on an ad hoc basis but is not a regular work location.
As a Computerized Systems Engineer, you keep the computerized equipment, smart instruments and IT/OT systems behind large-scale drug substance production running reliably and in a validated, GMP-compliant state. Your work supports consistent, stable operations that colleagues in production depend on every day—helping ensure the medicines people living with serious chronic diseases rely on can be made safely and on time.
We're looking for a proactive, collaborative colleague who is eager to develop within computerized systems, digital manufacturing and IT/OT support in a GMP-regulated environment.
You'll help secure reliable, compliant operations across production by maintaining the systems that keep manufacturing moving. In practice, you will:
You'll join the IT & Automation Department—a diverse team of colleagues from many nationalities and professional backgrounds. The atmosphere is inclusive and collaborative: people support each other in finding answers and share the load across tasks. Because project life moves fast, the team is dynamic and ready to shift priorities to hit important milestones.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across manufacturing, quality and validation in Kalundborg, and with collaboration partners based around Copenhagen. Together, you'll keep the project running with clarity and speed.
You'll work in one of the strongest IT and Automation environments in the pharmaceutical industry, with real scope to build new skills across computerized systems, digital manufacturing and GMP-regulated IT/OT support. Whether you're an experienced engineer or a recent graduate, you'll be trusted to take ownership, encouraged to make your voice heard and supported to grow.
At Novo, you’ll join a global healthcare company with a unique culture and strong results. We offer continuous learning, career development, and benefits tailored to your life and career stage.
