Computer Systems Business Analyst (Operations Review Specialist)

This position performs as a business analyst and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical thinkers. If you enjoy working on teams with computer systems and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

  • Coordinating with business processes, technical team members, contract team members, and outside agencies
  • Analyzing existing and new business requirements to determine gaps and provide solutions.
  • Developing system software testing strategies, scenarios, scripts, and results matrices.
  • Performing problem/defect analysis and testing of system functionality.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, issues, options papers, and gathering supporting documentation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two years of experience in business analyst duties such as conducting meetings for information gathering, documenting business rules, business process flows, or computer system flows.
  • Two years of experience collecting and analyzing data to solve problems, and documenting workflow relating to the improvement of operational and management practices.

PREFERENCES:

  • Two years of Child Support operational experience.
  • One year of experience preparing reports, option papers, or presentations.
  • One year of software testing experience.
  • Experience working with Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP), ERP Central Component (ECC), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Business Warehouse.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • This role is eligible for part-time telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency.

SALARY: $47,667.96 - $65,859.12 / annually
