Job Description

Everforth ECS is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst (up to level II) to work onsite in Memphis, TN on our US Postal Service AGT Data Analytics support team.

As a Senior Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving computer systems and processes within the organization. You will work closely with IT and business teams to identify system requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring system security, and optimizing performance to support the organization’s goals.

Note: This position requires a Public Trust background investigation This entails an in-depth background check & either US Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card) status.

Primary Responsibilities -

  • Phone/Email Support
  • QA Testing – including automation testing (ALM)
  • Provide reporting, guidance, testing, troubleshooting and document maintenance
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform and validate data
  • Liaison between customers and development team
  • Data visualization of dashboards and report creation
  • Conduct Analysis of data - Validation of data quality
  • Facilitate application access
  • SOP and Job Aid updates for field and internal users
  • Support customer issues for additional applications under Postal
  • Support continuous improvement of Postal Initiatives

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication - written and verbal
  • Troubleshooting/Creative problem solver,
  • Team-oriented
  • MS OFFICE Applications (advanced Excel, Access database experience),
  • Advanced SQL coding/database experience
