Reporting to the Director of Application & Web Services, the Computer Programmer/Analyst is responsible for logical analysis, design, and modification of new and existing programs and applications.
Job Duties
• Perform logical analysis, design, and modification of new and existing programs and applications.
• Develop detailed program specifications and documentation
• Perform detailed program design, coding, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of batch and interactive systems.
• Train and assist faculty, staff, and students in the use of computer hardware and internal software.
• Monitor hardware, software, and database systems, reporting unusual conditions to appropriate staff.
• Complete other assignments as directed by supervision.

• Technology Skills: MS Office skills, Word, Excel, Outlook; videoconferencing software; digital records management systems; general operating systems and data information systems
• Strong communication skills with non-technical faculty, staff, and students.
