About the role

We are currently looking for a Computer Operator who is essential in maintaining organized records, facilitating communication, and providing reliable administrative and technical support to the project team. The Computer Operator supports the efficient execution of project activities by managing data, preparing documents, and ensuring the smooth operation of office systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate, updated, and well-organized project data, records, and filing systems to support efficient information retrieval and reporting;
  • Maintain organized electronic and hardcopy filing systems for project records. Track document versions and ensure proper archiving procedures;
  • Preparing, formatting, and processing project documents while providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure timely delivery of outputs.
  • Ensuring the smooth functioning of office equipment and digital systems to support uninterrupted project operations.
  • Facilitating efficient communication processes while safeguarding the confidentiality and security of project information.

About You:

  • Minimum Diploma in Relevant Subject or Equivalent Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in document handling, digital filing systems, and data management processes
