The Role

Los operadores informáticos de Kyndryl son clave para ayudar a revolucionar la forma en que manejamos complejos sistemas informáticos. Tendrá la oportunidad de trabajar con tecnología de punta, supervisar y controlar intrincadas redes y aplicaciones, y manejar sistemas distribuidos en un entorno de múltiples proveedores.

Como operador informático, estará en primera línea técnica, realizando operaciones por lotes según los acuerdos de servicio, analizando problemas de primer nivel en todos los sistemas y resolviendo/enrutando los problemas según proceda. También tendrá la oportunidad de desarrollar procesos de gestión de sistemas de apoyo específicos para los requisitos de los clientes, garantizando que proporcionamos el máximo nivel de servicio a nuestros clientes.
