About this Position

Join our dynamic Commercial Excellence team and drive innovation and collaboration across Europe.

What you´ll do

  • Active involvement in daily operations with the opportunity to take ownership of individual projects in Category Management as well as Shopper and Trade Marketing
  • Working in an international environment with daily interaction across multiple countries and cultures
  • Contributing to the visibility and attractiveness of the Henkel assortment
  • Supporting the implementation and further development of the overall strategy in Category Management and Shopper Marketing (including analyzing shopper behavior and paneldata as well as preparation for internal and external meetings)
  • Analyzing shopper and market trends to derive business recommendations and shape cross‑country strategic decisions
  • Active communication with local country teams and functions across Europe

What makes you a good fit

  • Active student of business administration with focus on marketing/sales; first practical experience is a plus
  • Firm knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in English language
  • Good team player with ability to plan work and set priorities
  • Capacity to work in an international environment, self-driven, proactive and goal-oriented personality
  • Analytical skills, reliability and high level of self organization to handle projects independently of advantage
