As a Comprehensive Management Assistant Manager in Transaction Banking Business, you will be responsible for transaction banking business marketing, KPI's achievement, operation and comprehensive matter management, you will also support transaction banking product line for other relationship departments of BOC Luxembourg Branch and cross-border institutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support in conducting customer due diligence, credit application and post-lending management
  • Organize and handle the comprehensive and internal control related matters in Transaction Banking Department, such as compliance, risk management, finance, legal aspects, etc.
  • Liaise with BOC Head Office and other internal networks to fulfil allocated tasks regarding transaction banking business.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties to conduct statistics, analysis, reporting, internal control and other tasks concerning Transaction Banking Business.
  • Participate in the Bank's relationship marketing activities with target corporate and Financial Institutions customers concerning transaction banking products and service such as supply chain finance, factoring, cash management, etc.
  • Support transaction banking business development of cross border institutions
  • Accomplish or assist in other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • More than 3 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Strong and financial analyzing/modelling skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, knowledge in German or French will be a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, work independently and in a team
  • Ability to work across functions and cultures.
