We are seeking a Compounding Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.

The Basics

Location: Swedesboro, NJ (Onsite)
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Multiple shifts available

Day Shifts
• Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Evening Shifts
• Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Extended Day Shifts (4-Day Week)
• Sunday–Wednesday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Wednesday–Saturday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Overnight Shift
• Sunday–Wednesday | 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Shift availability may vary.


Compensation: $19.75-22.00/hour
Benefits: Eligible

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Mix pharmaceutical ingredients following compounding formulas
    • Measure and weigh ingredients with precision
    • Operate blending and lab production equipment
    • Follow pharmacy procedures for safe medication preparation
    • Maintain batch documentation and production records
    • Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy
    • Keep lab workstations clean and organized
    • Work closely with team members to meet production goals
    • Help ensure medications are produced safely and on time

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED
    • Willing to obtain NJ Pharmacy Technician License (we will train you)
    • Experience working in fast-paced environments preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
    • Basic math skills (averages, ratios, measurements)
    • Ability to stand for extended periods
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
    • Positive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
