As a Compounding Pharmacist, you will be primarily responsible for the compounding of non-sterile hazardous and non-hazardous products, ensuring that all preparations meet quality, safety, and compliance standards. Reporting directly to the Lead Compounding Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in meeting daily compounding targets and operational metrics established by the company and the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC).
You will be actively involved in maintaining proper compounding practices, managing inventory, enforcing documentation protocols, and ensuring correct use and maintenance of equipment. In close partnership with the Lead Compounding Pharmacist, you will help oversee the day-to-day operations of the compounding department and ensure adherence to all internal policies and procedures. This role also involves regular collaboration with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Compliance, Operations, and Quality to support the growth, efficiency, and compliance of our compounding operations and team development.
This posting is for our location in Romeoville, Illinois. This hire is for a full time role.
The base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $130,500-$137,500, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
