Regal Boats is seeking a motivated and hands-on Composites Engineering Intern to join our Engineering team. This role is ideal for a student passionate about materials, fiberglass construction, and marine manufacturing.
The Composites Engineering Intern will support the design, development, and testing of composite structures used in boat construction, including hulls, decks, and structural components. This individual will gain real-world experience working closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to improve product performance, durability, and manufacturability.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions, non-climate-controlled office environments, or factory environments. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. In certain areas, the factory maintains a high-fiberglass, dusty environment.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision. Personal Protective Equipment may be required in certain areas of the factory, including, but not limited to, safety glasses, respirators, hearing protection, gloves, and protective garments. Employees in safety-sensitive positions must report to work fit for duty and must remain fit for duty throughout their workday. To be fit for duty, the employee must not be impaired by alcohol, illicit drugs, or medication.
