Job Description

Melakukan review terhadap Batch Record dan Laporan Hasil Uji untuk memastikan pengisian sesuai dengan Good Documentation Practice dan Prosedur yang berlaku, melakukan penanganan terhadap Batch Record dan Retained Sample mulai dari penyimpanan hingga pemusnahan, melakukan monitoring terhadap kondisi ruang penyimpanan retained sample, melakukan penanganan sample customer complaint, material complaint dan produk kembalian, support investigasi complaint dan material complaint serta support penyusunan laporan pengkajian mutu produk.

  • Melakukan pengecekan batch record dan laporan hasil uji untuk memastikan bahwa pengecekan sudah sesuai GDP dan prosedur.
  • Melakukan pengambilan retained sample di lini produksi dan penyimpan sesuai dengan lokasi dan kondisi penyimpanan, serta melakukan monitoring suhu ruangan penyimpanan retained sample
  • Melakukan penanganan penyimpanan batch record dan retained sample mulai dari penyimpanan hingga pemusnahan.
  • Melakukan analisis dan evaluasi penyimpangan, keluhan (material complaint dan customer complaint), dan dokumen kajian mutu produk untuk mencari peluang improvement dan menyusun project improvement
  • Memecahkan masalah yang timbul dalam lingkup pekerjaan dan memastikan prosedur tetap dan form di proses kerjanya selalu update dan masih berlaku
  • Minimal D3 Jurusan Eksakta (Farmasi, Biologi, Kimia, Teknik, Analis Kimia, dan jurusan lain yang sederajat)
  • Fresh Graduate/ 1 tahun pada posisi yang sama di Industri Farmasi
