Responsibilities

    • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to digital banking, savings, and lending products
    • Conduct regular reviews and audits of transactions, processes, and documentation to ensure adherence to compliance standards
    • Lead the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures for digital banking products
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators to ensure smooth licensing processes and ongoing compliance
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks in product development and operations
    • Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends affecting digital banking, savings, and lending in Indonesia
    • Prepare and submit timely compliance reports to regulators and internal stakeholders
    • Represent the company in regulatory discussions and support the team in addressing compliance-related inquiries and audits

Requirements

    • Around 3-5 years of experience in compliance, with a strong track record in digital banking, savings, or lending
    • Deep understanding of Indonesia’s financial regulatory landscape, including OJK and BI requirements
    • Experience managing licensing processes and regulatory communications
    • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with regulators and internal teams
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Proactive and self-motivated, with a high degree of ownership and adaptability
    • Familiarity with digital banking products and fintech innovations is a plus
