As our Compliance Specialist – Regulatory & Business Change, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a robust compliance framework.
Reporting to the Compliance Lead – Regulatory & Business Change, this key operational position sits at the intersection of regulatory requirements and business transformation, where you'll partner with our Legal & Compliance team to ensure HESTA stays ahead of evolving regulations while supporting strategic business initiatives. You'll be responsible for identifying and documenting compliance requirements in our GRC system, providing expert guidance to stakeholders, and delivering closure assurance to ensure all compliance arrangements are properly documented and tested before implementation deadlines.
What You'll Bring:
We're looking for a compliance professional with 5+ years' experience in compliance, legal, or risk roles within financial services, ideally in superannuation. You'll have a proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships, advising business teams on compliance requirements, and broad exposure to financial services law.
Technical expertise with GRC software platforms (RSA Archer advantageous), compliance management, and regulatory compliance in the superannuation industry is essential.
