岗位职责：

1、有效实施GMP和法规/验证的要求，实时跟进法规要求变化并做出及时响应和评估，确保合规要求落实到工厂；

2、能主动识别在工厂运营和项目中的法规符合性问题/差距/风险，并推动评估和风险缓解计划的落实；

3、能有效维护质量体系的运行，确保质量流程和要求都落实到位，以支持工厂业务的发展；

4、有效支持法规检查和内外部审计，并确保相关整改措施落实到位；

5、能及时提供质量体系相关的指导、培训和沟通，推动质量合规文化的持续提升；

6、理解并遵守所有环境、健康和安全（EHS）及质量法规、公司要求、标准操作程序（SOP）和要求；

7、根据上级要求履行其他职责。

任职资格：

1、本科学历，药学或相关专业；

2、任职经验：至少2年质量领域的经验。

（1）具有扎实的制造/包装工艺规程/质量标准知识。

（2）熟悉药品及医疗器械相关国家和地方质量政策法规(GMP等)。

（3）熟悉质量管理体系，比如变更、偏差、CAPA、验证等。

3、较好的综合分析、沟通、协调、应变能力、创新能力；

4、较强的学习能力；

5、能用英语进行熟练的交流（书写和口语）。
