The Compliance Specialist provides confidential, technical, and professional level support to the CT State organizational compliance framework in achieving compliance efficiencies in alignment with legal standards and internal policies, assists with identifying and addressing institutional risks, and establishing the highest ethical standards of conduct in accordance with the state’s Code of Ethics.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with three (3) or more years of experience providing compliance or investigatory administrative support or conducting compliance audits; OR Completion of a Paralegal or Legal Assistance Certificate Program approved by the American Bar Association and three (3) years of experience providing paraprofessional legal assistance.
