Objectives of this role
· Support project governance, compliance, operational control, and project controls activities across multiple projects and operational initiatives.
· Ensure project risks, issues, dependencies, corrective actions, and operational follow-ups are properly tracked, escalated, and monitored.
· Support portfolio visibility through KPI monitoring, reporting, forecasting, and project performance analysis.
· Contribute to operational excellence initiatives by improving governance processes, reporting structures, tracking methodologies, and risk management practices.
· Support alignment between technical teams, project management, operations, commercial functions, and business stakeholders.
· Support planning coordination and schedule monitoring activities; experience with Primavera P6 is considered a strong advantage.

Requirements and skills
· 3–5 years of experience in Project Controls, PMO, Project Governance, Risk Management, Planning Coordination, or related project support functions.
· Strong understanding of project controls methodologies, including KPI monitoring, performance analysis, forecasting, governance reporting, and risk management practices.
· Experience with project planning and schedule coordination activities; knowledge of Primavera P6 is considered a strong advantage.
· Familiarity with earned value management (EVM), variance analysis, trend analysis, and project performance reporting methodologies is highly desirable.
· Experience in governance reporting, stakeholder coordination, operational follow-up, and cross-functional collaboration.
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
· Experience with SAP, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar reporting and operational tools is considered an advantage.
· PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-SP, or similar certifications are considered an advantage.
· Fluency in English (spoken and written).
