We are looking for an experienced Compliance Product Owner to take ownership of the digital capabilities supporting Orifarm's Compliance and Quality processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Compliance solutions continue to create business value, support regulatory adherence, and enable efficient and scalable ways of working. You will be responsible for managing and developing the digital capabilities supporting Compliance, Quality, Governance, Training, Document Management, and other regulated business processes.
The role combines elements of product ownership, compliance expertise, demand management, business engagement, and technical support. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, regulatory requirements, and compliance risks, translating them into actionable priorities and ensuring solutions are delivered and adopted successfully.
Success in the role is measured not only by delivering technology, but by strengthening compliance processes, reducing risk, improving audit readiness, and enabling measurable business outcomes.

You will work closely with Compliance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Corporate IT, vendors, and external partners while helping shape the future of Orifarm's compliance technology landscape.
