In this Compliance Product Enablement Student Assistant role, you’ll be…

• Translating legal documents and compliance-related content from English into Danish, ensuring legal precision, clarity, and consistency.
• Translating marketing materials containing compliance concepts to fit regional standards without losing accuracy.
• Supporting our software compliance work by helping maintain alignment with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of compliance blueprints alongside experienced market experts and our partners.
• Supported through a mentor-mentee relationship with a senior compliance specialist.

Who is the Product Enablement Team?

The Product Enablement Team sits at the intersection of our compliance domain expertise and market expansion. We ensure that our platform content, legal frameworks, and product materials are localised accurately across every market Formalize operates in.

We are part of Commercial, partnering closely with stakeholders in Product, Marketing, and Legal to bridge domain expertise with localised execution.

Essentially, we contribute to our vision by ensuring our software and messaging speak the language of local compliance with absolute precision.

What you’ll bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Native-level fluency in Danish with professional written and spoken English.
• Strong written communication skills with close attention to detail, tone, and legal nuance.
• A structured, proactive mindset with an interest in learning compliance frameworks and software localisation.
• Availability to work at least 15 hours per week at our Aarhus office.

Our recruitment process
