You’ll be working in the Group Compliance, Risk & Control (GCORC) – Mexico team. We provide Compliance and risk oversight to the GWM business, ensuring regulatory adherence, clear accountability, and a strong local control environment. As a GCORC Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining continuity of oversight, effective escalation, and appropriate management span of control within the Mexico Compliance organization.
- Solid experience in Compliance and/or Financial Crimes Prevention functions within a regulated financial services environment
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk and control frameworks
experience supporting AML / Financial Crime controls, issue management, risk assessments, and escalation processes
- Analytical mindset with the ability to provide practical, risk‑based solutions
- Confident, result‑oriented, and comfortable providing challenge where required
- Fluent in Spanish and English to support the local and regional stakeholder base
