BangkokThe Compliance & Operational Governance Specialist is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enforcing operational governance and compliance standards to ensure business operations are executed in line with internal policies, contractual commitments, and regulatory requirements.

Role & Responsibility

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance SOPs, process documentation, governance frameworks, and operational control mechanisms.
  • Ensure operational execution complies with internal policies, governance standards, customer contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct operational compliance reviews, internal audits, and risk assessments to identify control gaps and compliance risks.
  • Track, monitor, and report compliance status, audit findings, and corrective action plans to management.
  • Identify operational risks and process weaknesses and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support governance forums, audits, and management reviews with accurate documentation and insights.
  • Provide guidance and advisory support to operational teams on governance standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen governance, transparency, and accountability across operations.
