Job Description


WORK ENVIRONMENT:  Professional office, business casual, cubicle

CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

** Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of the complaints that are filed.

**  Read state statute and compare with complaints to analyze the issue.

**  Communicating with the public, so good customer service skills are a MUST.

**  Advise c

omplainant of the Division’s jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reason.

rovide any resources or referrals, as appropriate.

**  Se

nd a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor.

**  C

lose the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in Versa.

**  D

ocument the actions in the OnBase system.

CANDIDATE REQUIRED SKILLS:

**  Communicate verbally and in writing appropriately

**  Read and interrupt Florida statutes

**  Previous experience working with the public in a professional work environment

**  Exceptional organizational skills

**  Commit to the project time line
