Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws, Central Bank regulations, AML/CFT requirements, FATCA, and internal policies. The successful candidate will monitor compliance activities, assess regulatory risks, prepare regulatory reports, support audits, and promote a strong compliance culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, AML/CFT, and FATCA.
  • Review customer transactions and investigate suspicious activities.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports and disclosures on time.
  • Conduct compliance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support internal and external audits and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Deliver compliance awareness and training programs.
  • Handle regulatory requests and customer complaints in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in banking or financial services, including 1 year in Compliance
  • Good knowledge of AML/CFT, FATCA, and Central Bank regulations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications.
