Job Description

Melakukan koordinasi untuk investigasi dan dokumentasi serta melakukan pembuatan trending mengenai deviasi, customer complaint, material complaint, membuat laporan pengkajian mutu produk dan melakukan oversight, serta memastikanproses produksi berlangsung sehingga proses yang dijalankan sesuai dengan Good Manufacturing Practice, quality standard, dan prosedur yang berlaku di PT. Ferron Par Pharmaceuticals

  • Membantu pengelolaan anggaran biaya dan investasi (CAPEX dan OPEX) serta struktur organisasi dan kebutuhan SDM di bagiannya
  • Menjaga mutu produk-produk FPP yang diproduksi dan didistribusikan sehingga memenuhi spesifikasi mutu sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan
  • Memastikan tersedianya laporan summary penyimpangan batch (batch deviation), laporan customer complaint, laporan material complaint, laporan Oversight serta laporan produk recall, rework, reject, pembuatan laporan Product Quality Review (PQR) dan membuat trend analisis data untuk deviasi, customer complaint, material complaint, serta laporan produk recall, rework, reject setiap bulan.
  • Melakukan penelusuran dan koordinasi dengan pihak terkait terhadap produk dalam rangka memastikan bahwa deviasi dan keluhan produk telah ditangani sesuai prosedur yang berlaku
  • Melaksanakan penerapan standar kualitas yang berlaku dan tertib administrasi di areanya
  • Minimal Apoteker
  • Fresh Graduate atau 1 tahun pada posisi terkait dengan Quality dan atau Produksi di industri Farmasi
