The General Compliance Officer is responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous enhancement of Manulife Indonesia’s compliance framework across PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia (AJMI), PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia Syariah (AJMIS), and Dana Pensiun Lembaga Keuangan Manulife Indonesia (DPLK MI). The role ensures the timely and accurate submission of all mandatory regulatory reports, monitors regulatory developments and emerging compliance requirements, conducts regulatory gap assessments, and tracks remediation actions to maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Reporting to the Head of General Compliance, this position provides compliance oversight and advisory support to business and operational functions, helping ensure regulatory obligations are effectively embedded within daily activities and business processes. The role also supports the execution of compliance programs, fosters a strong culture of integrity and ethical conduct, and contributes to safeguarding Manulife Indonesia’s reputation by promoting adherence to both the Indonesian regulatory framework and Manulife Financial's internal governance standards.
