The Compliance Manager will be a key member of the Legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel as well as a dotted line report to the Director of Process Innovation, specifically responsible for all compliance functions of the company. Responsibilities include initiating or maintaining ISO (9001/14001/27001/45001), corporate insurance requirements, state licensure and registration and company compliance with Prevailing Wage Act, Foreign Entity of Concern under the Inflation Reduction Act and FINCEN. The Compliance Manager role is a hands-on, roll up your sleeves position that will regularly work with various function groups across the organization. The position will be located in Westborough, MA, but will require travel to other company locations and customer sites across the US.
