Job Description

2. Developing and implementing compliance programs and policies.
3. Check compliance with regulations and laws required by NBC/CAFIU and other regulators.
4. Verified AML-CFT Reports on STR, CTR report to CAFIU
5. Analyze nature of transactions, transactions monitoring
6. Customers risk profiling and rating
7. Ensure that the JCFs operations are operated by complying with policies and procedures
8. Check and comply with all law and regulation of NBC/CAFIU
9. Providing training to employees on AML-CFT and other compliance requirements.
10. Investigating any compliance issues or violations that arise.
11. Collaborating with other departments to ensure internal compliance according with policies and procedures.
12. Developing and maintaining a culture of compliance within the company.
13. Overall, the Compliance Officer plays a crucial role in mitigating risks and ensuring ethical and legal behavior within the company.

1. Requirement

1. Language: English and Japanese is plus
2. Experience: Working experience of at least 1-2 years in other MFI/BFI
3. Education: At least Bachelor Degree and above
4. Gender: both
5. Level: General
