What are your contributions to the team?

Compliance Monitoring Manager

• Take into account Part-145 regulations and implement them through company policies and procedures, while ensuring the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) is kept up to date.
• Act as the primary BAFR point of contact with the Authority for all matters related to Part-145 approval and continuing airworthiness.
• Define and implement an internal audit schedule to monitor compliance with Part-145 regulatory requirements.
• Analyse audit results and provide reporting to management.
• Issue quality finding reports and ensure that any non-compliance or identified deviation is brought to the attention of the relevant person, and that appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure that required regulatory notifications are made to the relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct investigations related to maintenance occurrences and make regulatory reports when required.
• Prepare management reviews.
• Monitor corrective actions resulting from audits.
• Be responsible for all matters related to compliance monitoring.
• Manage the internal occurrence and incident reporting system.
• Revise and amend the MOE with the approval of the Accountable Manager.
• Manage the Organisation’s personnel records.
• Issue and monitor the Organisation’s authorisations.

Safety Management Manager

• Ensure the communication and application of the Organisation’s safety policy.
• Implement and maintain the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Monitor and measure the safety performance of the Maintenance Organisation.
• Define and monitor safety objectives.
• Lead safety governance forums and present performance indicators.
• Coordinate action plans related to safety and risk monitoring.
• Identify hazards, assess risks and ensure they remain at an acceptable level.
• Maintain an up-to-date risk mapping related to maintenance activities.
• Manage the safety occurrence reporting and follow-up process.
• Conduct safety analyses, internal investigations and root cause analyses.
• Define, monitor and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor risks and occurrences related to maintenance activities.
• Promote a positive safety culture through awareness, communication and support to the teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the safety representatives of customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain the documentation related to the Safety Management System up to date.
• Contribute to defining regulatory safety training.
• Define training on safety procedures for new employees.
• Develop the safety culture through communication and awareness actions.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have an engineering degree.
• You have demonstrated aeronautical expertise.
• You have good communication skills in French and English.
• You have significant experience in a Part-145 or CAMO environment.
• You have experience with Bombardier aircraft or experience on another aircraft type.
• You have experience with compliance monitoring systems.
• You have experience using the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE).
• You have completed initial audit training and training in audit techniques.
• You have solid knowledge of the applicable Part-145 regulation, as well as other regulations applicable to MOE supplements and bilateral agreements with other Authorities, e.g. FAA, TCCA, ANAC, Morocco.
• You demonstrate the ability to train other employees.
• You have strong knowledge of European regulatory requirements related to safety management.
• You have strong knowledge of safety investigation techniques and root cause analysis methodologies.
• You are familiar with Human Factors principles.
• You have completed Safety Management System training.
• You have excellent communication and influencing skills.
• You are able to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation, as well as with regulatory Authorities.
• You demonstrate excellent analytical skills and sound critical thinking.
• You demonstrate rigour and strong organisational skills.
• You demonstrate independence.
