Pflege und Weiterentwicklung eines risikobasierten Business Partner Compliance Programms inklusive Screening- und Due‑Diligence‑Prozessen
Durchführung und Unterstützung von Compliance‑Screenings, Compliance Due Diligence-Prüfungen, und Prüfung von Integritätsklauseln (z.B. in Lieferantenkodizes der Kunden)
Ihre Qualifikation
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechts‑ oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit oder vergleichbaren Governance‑Funktionen sowie Verständnis relevanter Gesetze und regulatorischer Anforderungen (z.B. Anti-Korruption, Kartellrecht, Geldwäscheprävention)
Erfahrung in Richtlinienmanagement, Business Partner Prüfungen (KYC) oder Compliance Learning Management sowie entsprechenden Policy Management, KYC- oder Autorentools für E-Learnings
Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑ und Storytelling-Fähigkeiten
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
