At DSV, you will help bring visibility, structure, and insight to our security governance through data, reporting, and collaboration. Your work will support leadership decisions and help ensure that our global operations remain secure, compliant, and reliable.

Your responsibilities and impact

You will join the Security Governance & Risk team within Group IT Compliance, working closely with IT stakeholders and senior leadership. We are a diverse, passionate GRC team of 13 people with an informal and fun culture built on trust and collaboration. As a new team with close access to top management, we offer a unique chance to shape our direction.

In this role, you will take ownership of the security metrics process and turn data into clear, actionable insights for management.

You will work across teams and organisational levels – including senior leadership – where your ability to communicate complex IT security topics in a structured and understandable way will be key.

You will:

• Drive and continuously improve the security metrics process
• Analyse security data and control attestations to identify trends and risks
• Deliver clear, structured, and targeted reporting to senior management on a monthly basis
• Translate complex IT security data into insights that support decision-making at executive level
• Support updates to information security policies
• Collaborate with IT and governance teams to ensure compliance with security requirements
• Follow through on initiatives and ensure progress from analysis to execution

Success in this role comes from creating clarity, driving action, and ensuring that insights lead to real impact across the organisation.

What you bring

You combine strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate clearly and drive execution across a global organisation.

You are comfortable navigating a flat organisational structure where initiative, ownership, and follow-through are key.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with data analysis (ideally 3+ years)
• Brings strong experience with management reporting
• Has exposure to security metrics, IT controls, or compliance frameworks
• Is confident communicating complex topics to senior stakeholders
• Works in a structured and organised way, ensuring clarity and progress
• Takes ownership and drives tasks through to completion
• Demonstrates persistence when working with data collection and stakeholder input
• Is proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented

Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP are an advantage, but not a requirement.
