Keyridge provides investment strategies on a collective investment basis via UCITS and Alternative Investment Funds, managed by its subsidiary Management Company, Summit Asset Managers (“SAM”).

Reporting to the Head of Funds Governance, the successful applicant will join a small but growing team dedicated to SAM, within the wider Keyridge Risk and Compliance function. The successful applicant will be responsible for SAM’s regulatory and compliance deliverables together with the governance and reporting requirements relating to the Funds.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring SAM and the funds it manages meet their regulatory and legal requirements in all jurisdictions
• Responsible for managing the compliance calendar and ensuring all regulatory filings are completed to a high standard and filed on time
• Monitor and manage all correspondence with the regulator ensuring all regulatory communications are dealt with promptly
• Leading the assessment and implementation of new regulatory requirements relevant to SAM and/or the fund vehicles
• Dealing with internal queries and requests for guidance
• Maintain on an ongoing basis adequate policies, procedures and frameworks
• Preparation of Board reports and co-ordination of board papers from external parties
• Supporting the delivery of new product & growth strategies for the business
• Contribute to strategic initiatives & projects as well as ad-hoc commercial activities as and when they arise

The successful candidate should possess the following skills & knowledge:

• A Compliance related qualification / experience and/or other professional related qualifications (e.g. law degree / accountancy qualification)
• Experience working in a compliance function in a financial services company - experience in an investment firm and/or a fund management company would be an advantage
• Knowledge of regulation impacting on fund management companies and the UCITS/AIF funds they manage would be an advantage
• An ability to monitor the regulatory pipeline and assess/communicate any regulatory changes for the impacts they will have on the business
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• An ability to manage and motivate oneself and use their initiative
• An Ability to manage a team and delegate work effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
