Buscamos una persona profesional para el área de Compliance, que asegure el cumplimiento normativo y ético dentro de la organización y contribuya a la gestión de riesgos y la transparencia en los procesos.
La persona seleccionada será responsable de diseñar, implementar y supervisar políticas y procedimientos de cumplimiento, apoyar en auditorías internas y externas, y servir como punto de contacto para consultas relacionadas con cumplimiento normativo. Deberá colaborar estrechamente con equipos multidisciplinares y con la dirección para integrar buenas prácticas y controles efectivos en las operaciones diarias.
