In this newly created role, as Compliance Manager you will be reporting to the Group Head of Compliance and responsible for assisting in the implementation and maintenance of our Group’s compliance framework, policies, and practices to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and ethical obligations.
In so doing you will carry out the strategic direction of the Group Head of Compliance, maintain the compliance program, develop policies, standards and procedures, conduct incident and breach assessments, conduct independent assurance, establish positive relationships with Business Units serving as an escalation point and collaborator where compliance guidance is required, ensure the organisation operates in accordance with regulatory obligations, licence conditions, and internal policies, while embedding a strong compliance culture.
